Williams, who's suffered from insomnia, collabed with world class scientists and Sleep Sheet brand makers to develop an all natural sleep aid. The product is a dissolvable strip placed on the tongue. In an interview Williams states, " As an athelete and business woman, I'm continuously on-the-go and have had issues sleeping for years.
