Chris Lighty was found dead today in his Bronx, NY home. Authorities arrived at the scene after an apparent gun shot was heard.
Lighty was manager to a plethora of stars including Mariah Carey, Diddy, 50 Cent and Ja Rule. He founded Violater Management alongside Mona Scott, creator of the famed Love & Hip Hop series. He later joined forces with another company to form Primary Violater.
According to reports, Lighty was in debt to the IRS owing around 5 million dollars. He divorced his wife Veronica of 7 years, last year. An argument with her was the straw that broke the camels back, he ended his life after said argument with a gunshot to the head.
