Nick Cannon told E! News exactly how he felt about the beef between his wife Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj. He says that, "I always say my wife is the strongest, classiest women that I’ve ever met in any situation. I’m never concerned about her handling herself". He goes on to say, "It’s unfortunate....cause a lot of times when you think about why America loves these shows, it’s all about people accomplishing and reaching their dreams and being guided by the experts. At times when we seem to lose our composure it’s kinda disappointing, but we move on and hopefully [the conflict] isn’t what the show becomes about".
Evidently, MiMi is so done with the whole beef shit. She and Nick talked about it and he says, "She’s just there to do her job and help young people on this show that we’ve all grown to love". Way to take the #HighRoad. Sadly, Ryan Seacrest is reported to have said, "We want that! We want them to be on this panel together. This is a good team, a great team, to go out and look for the next American Idol . . . the feedback that they give is very good". What 'they' really want is #Ratings. Let's hope that the ladies will keep it professional and not allow themselves to be used as pawns to boost American Idol ratings.
