NYC Devasted By Sandy: "Really? There's No Gas In Brooklyn At All?....Fuck....I'm Gonna Be Screwed"

Sadly, hurricane Sandy is yet causing havoc on the Eastern coasts.  On top of loss of power, slow to no running trains in the cities, now fuel is at an all time low.  Gas stations across the cities have rapidly exhausted all fuel as natives came from various burroughs  to fill up their tanks with the precious commodity. Lack of power has stopped the distribution of fuel that's stored in the New Jersey Turnpike.

According to Newsweek, via The Daily Beast, patrons at the pump have even resorted to fighting over the petrol....but really, can you blame them?

One patron, a Queens native, had driven all the way to Brooklyn to find the petrol unavailable.  He was quoted as saying, "Really? There's no gas in Brooklyn at all? Fuck. I'm driving on empty. I'm gonna be screwed. I'm going to go to work and hope the train is running to get home. I don't have a clue if the train is even running." He goes on to say, "I've never seen anything like this".

This is so sad, to read more on the story click this link.
