This cartoon was published by Rupert Murdoch in the New York Post. I find it to be extremely disrespectful and racist. According to a report by blacknews.com two interpreters of code language and political cartoons and had this to say; "The cartoon clearly evokes an image from the Old South of an overseer or slave catcher chasing down a runaway slave". They go on to say, "Don't believe the Post if they claim that this is just payback satire on the President's quip about horses and bayonets that exposed Romney's ignorance of defense issues."
Smdh, this is a damn shame and proves that racism is still very much alive and well. To read the full report click here.
